1. Agreement

By using octaBIM, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can use octaBIM

• You must be 18 years or older.
• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for your account.

3. BIM professionals

• Your profile information must be accurate.
• You may update or delete your profile at any time.
• We may display your profile to potential employers.

4. Employers

• You may search and contact professionals.
• You may not misuse contact information.
• Hiring decisions are your responsibility.
• Profile unlocks reset on the 1st of each month.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Plans are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually.
• Monthly plan: €198/month — 1 profile unlock/month.
• Quarterly plan: €472/quarter — 3 profile unlocks/month.
• Yearly plan: €1,400/year — 5 profile unlocks/month.
• You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.
• No refunds for partial billing periods; unused unlocks don't carry over.
• Prices may change with 30 days' written notice.

6. Prohibited actions

You may not provide false information, spam or harass other users, copy or scrape data from the platform, or use octaBIM for any illegal purpose.

7. Our responsibilities

octaBIM connects talent with employers but does not guarantee employment outcomes and is not responsible for interactions between users.

8. Intellectual property

octaBIM owns its branding, design, and platform content. Users retain ownership of the content they submit.

9. Limitation of liability

octaBIM is provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost opportunities, disputes between users, or technical issues.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms; we'll notify you of major changes.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law.
