Information we collect

We collect contact details, professional credentials (skills, experience, CV, portfolio links), payment information for paid plans, and behavioral analytics about how you use the site.

How we use your information

Your information is used to create and display your profile, match talent with employers, administer subscriptions and payments, send platform communications, and improve the service.

Who can access it

Employer subscribers can view talent profiles they've unlocked. Our internal support staff and payment processors access information only as needed to operate the platform. We never sell your data to third parties.

Storage and retention

• Data is stored on EU-based servers.
• Profile information is kept until you delete your account.
• Payment records are retained for five years, as required under Danish law.
• Usage analytics are retained for twelve months.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, withdraw consent, and object to certain processing. Contact us at info@octabim.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
